I would like to have the forums show up on my home page inside a java/jsp application. I'm planning to use an iFrame to do this and just specify the src = url to display the content. Is there a way to pass a username / password through the URL in order to login the user as some default user. I know I can use a cookie and set the cookie using my jsp application and then have vBulletin read that same cookie... (Is this really true?). But I would like to just have one user created in vBulletin and then if a person is logged into my jsp application as one of many number of users, I just want vBulletin to know that this person should be allowed to see content that's only available to logged in users. We have a Cisco router (2600 series) attached to a T1, with an ISDN backup. We are a small office (8 people) and have been tesitng Optimum On-Line business cable access (Motorola Surfboard Modem). My question is; when we get rid of the T1 to save money, what do I need to do to have that cable modem replace the T1 on the router? What "card" do I need from Cisco? Due to a needle stick, I contracted hep B and wanted HIV tests done to make sure. I had not one, but two HIV tests done within days of each other. One was a combo antibody (ELISA)-Western Blot and another was a Western Blot only. On the first one, the tester explained it was repeatedly giving a false positive on the antibody, but then they did a Western Blot and it came back repeatedly negative. The second I had was a Western Blot only and came back negative only. The lady explaining this to me had me concerned but explained that this happens sometimes, but it still had me worried. I went to a few doctors and specialists about 10 months ago to check out some swollen lymph nodes on the left side of my neck. I was worried about it, but when I told the several doctors that i was worried that it may be serious they scoffed at the idea of it being serious even though i told them that they had already been around for months. I added two bullets using the customized bullets and numbering feature in Outlook 2003. Word is my editor. Now, no matter what I do I can't get rid of them. Anytime I write a new e-mail message the two bullets are sent to the recipient as .gif attachments. I found that if I switch my preferences to Rich Text instead of HTML, I can send my e-mail without the attachments but I would prefer to use HTML. Can anyone help me delete them permanently? The two bullets are listed as new styles both in Word and Outlook. I delete them but they come back. Thank you for your help!Don't use Word as your editor. What is the best photo management software on the market today? I don't mind if it costs money either. But I have absolutely zero interest in photo editing. I just want something that can manage my huge collection of photos with speed, and where I can easily click on the photo to view it in full size.You can try ACDSee photo manager, I've been using them quite a bit and they also do batch resizing, file formatting and etc. Nice user interface, but it may tend to be a bit slow, depending on your computer specs. hey, I am trying to open an old word document, which was created qutie a long time ago, ive now got a new version of word and it wont let me open the file. it came up with "Word cannot import the specified format. This feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install it?" I tried to do this, but it asked for a cd to be installed. what cd is this and is there any other way around this so i can open the file. hello i recently put together a computer using an intel 915 motherboard, an intel 3.2 ghz prescott pentium with hyperthreading, and some kind of ddr2 ram. i installed windows xp home, then bought an academic upgrade to xp professional w/ service pack 2. i can't understand why programs i run in xp keep crashing . if i open them and close them immediately (e.g., firefox) .. they dont hang. but if i open them and mess around for a while and then close them, they hang. typically if i wait 10-15 seconds the hanging stops and the OS suddenly does everything i asked it to in the last few moments. im very certain i havent contracted any spy/mal-ware of viruses.. and i keep the number of programs running in the background to a minimum. ...... - 2009-07-04
